After several weeks of negotiations, newly promoted Championship side Doncaster Rovers have smashed their own transfer record by signing Manchester City’s Matthew Mills.
The centre half signed a three-year deal with the South Yorkshire side after paying City a fee of £300,000.
Having put pen to paper, the 22-year-old said…
