If Manchester City win eight of their remaining 13 Premier League games then it will be mathematically impossible for any other club to catch Sir Pep Guardiola’s team.
I for one have supported MCFC long enough to know one should never count their chickens before they hatch. Having said that I’m more than happy, on this occasion to do so.
Over confident?
No, not at all, but can anyone realistically say the wheel will fall off between now and the end of the season?
I don’t expect the club to win all 13, but I really do think we’ll have enough to get 24 out of a possible 39 points. And that is without thinking too much about the chasing clubs dropping points themselves.

If City has not been crowned Premier League champions by the time we play the other lot then a win over the toilet should be enough for City to lift the PL trophy for a second time in four years.
