Manchester City welcome Leeds United to the Etihad Stadium and Pep Guardiola could make five changes to the side that beat Borussia Dortmund in midweek.

Ederson should keep his place between the sticks, but John Stones might be given a rest in the league again, so Aymeric Laporte could be brought in alongside Ruben Dias at centre-back – the pair partnered each other in last Saturday’s 2-0 win over Leicester City.
Joao Cancelo also sat out the Leicester game and returned in midweek, so Guardiola may want to give him a break and allow Benjamin Mendy another opportunity to prove his worth. Kyle Walker could keep his place on the right, however.
Fernandinho was rested against Dortmund but started in the Leicester game, so he might return to the midfield on Saturday in Rodri’s stead. Kevin De Bruyne and Ilkay Gundogan should keep their place in midfield too.
Raheem Sterling was an unused substitute on Tuesday, so he should be primed to start on the left wing. Bernardo Silva was substituted after an hour against Dortmund, so he might get the nod over Riyad Mahrez and Phil Foden on the right this weekend.
Sergio Aguero should start ahead of Gabriel Jesus in attack.
Predicted XI v Leeds: Ederson; Walker, Dias, Laporte, Mendy; Fernandinho, De Bruyne, Gundogan; Silva, Aguero, Sterling
