Shay Given arrived at Eastlands during the January transfer window and ever since the Republic Of Ireland’s resident number one arrived from Newcastle, Harts first team appearances have completely dried up.
The 21-year-old Englishman said…
‘There is no point in sulking or being any other way about it. I’ve not lost my job; I’ve just lost my place in the team.’
‘I just don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow but I need to be playing first team football if I want to play for England, and so that’s my aim at the moment – to force my way back into the Man City team.’
