Stoke have, we can’t, already beaten us this season so they look to complete the double on Wednesday. Following the weekend slip up against Hull we can ill afford another – will it be a City win, loss or draw though?
There’s never a ‘good time’ to be slumping in form and results but having got right back into the title race we’ve let it slip again with us back to seven-points adrift of Chelsea. The performance against Hull at the Etihad was nowhere near good enough, the outcome likewise but I suppose it could have been worse….
Anyone that expects us to turn up and beat Stoke at the Britannia Stadium is wrong but it is another of those games that we ‘should’ win, but the question is will we win? We know we have to!
