The 25 year old who joined the Arsenal from Cannes for £250,000 8 years ago is alleged to be ready to move on as Arsene Wenger begins to overhaul his squad following another rubbish season. Clichy has one year left on his contract and AS Roma are rumoured to have a delegation already in London pursuing the defender. ‘…this story makes me laugh. My dear Mancini, I am sorry for you. Evidently, you anticipate moves of the Sheikh that are not true to reality.’
