Responding to a tweet courtesy of account City Chief, plenty of Sky Blues have been singing the praises of goalkeeper Ederson once again – with the Brazilian receiving mountains of praise after fans were challenged to describe the player in one word.
The shot-stopper, who signed from Manchester City back in the summer of 2017 in a £35 million deal, has debatably been a revelation for us upon arrival – becoming a key cog in manager Pep Guardiola’s system and helping City play out from the back with his composure on the ball.
As well as this, the 26-year-old has kept 62 clean sheets in 131 appearances for the club, potentially highlighting how his presence ahead of flop Claudio Bravo deserves to be praised.
