Bernardo Silva has been short of form at Manchester City this season and Pep Guardiola may have a decision to make on whether he needs to invest in another playmaker.

The 26-year-old has failed to score a goal or make an assist in 11 appearances this season and it’s having an adverse effect on our results. We’ve scored one or less goals in each of our last six Premier League games, so is it time to swap Silva out?

Isco has made 314 appearances in all competitions since joining Real Madrid from Malaga in 2012, scoring 51 goals with 54 assists, but his form has dipped in recent seasons. The Spanish international has scored only four goals in his last 58 La Liga games and hasn’t made an assist this season.

Isco is expected to leave Real after falling out with Zinedine Zidane and Fabrizio Romano of the Guardian and Sky Sports said he wants to work with Guardiola.  His market value with CIES Football Observatory is €10m-€15m (£8.9m) and  his valuation with Transfermarkt is £18m, so he won’t break the bank.

Isco has been in poor form for a while, but he may benefit from a change in scenery.
