Karim Rekik will look to build on an impressive season with PSV Eindhoven last time round with another loan spell this season.
A fourth loan spell away from City, and of course a second successive season with the Dutch outfit, will give the teenage defender further opportunities to develop his game and get more first-team experience to add to his 31-appearances for PSV last season.
His performances earned him a place in the preliminary Dutch world cup squad this summer but the 19-year-old eventually missed the final cut but proves he isn’t too far off international recognition already.
Rekik, who has three first-team appearances for City to his name, will spend the season in his homeland before returning to the Etihad to challenge for a place in Manuel Pellegrini’s first-team next season?
