Reacting to past footage courtesy of Football Daily, plenty of Sky Blues have been reminded of the pre-match clip showcasing striker Sergio Aguero bonding with a young Brighton fan on the final day of last season – with supporters praising the ‘brilliant‘ moment.
Pep Guardiola’s side ran out 4-1 victors on a memorable title-clinching afternoon at the Amex, with goals from Aguero, Aymeric Laporte, Ilkay Gundogan and Riyad Mahrez eventually sealing City’s second successive Premier League crown after a nerve-wracking race with Liverpool.

However, reminded of a heartfelt moment between the Argentine and a Brighton fan, many Sky Blues have looked back on that afternoon to praise the moment club legend Aguero and a young opposing supporter shared a hug during the pre-match handshakes.
